1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services operated by Harini Spaces (GSTIN: 29EKEPS5600E1Z4). By accessing our website, requesting a 3D design consultation, or signing a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) contract for residential or commercial interior execution, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2Design Consultations & BOQ Estimation

Initial site visits, virtual 3D walkthrough consultations, and preliminary BOQ cost estimations provided by Harini Spaces are complimentary unless specified in writing. Formal execution contracts will specify itemized rates for materials (BWR Marine Plywood, Hardware Brands, Veneers, Acrylics, Electrical Fitouts, and Plumbing Fixtures).

• BOQ prices quoted in approved agreements remain fixed for 60 calendar days from issue date.
• Any scope changes requested by the client after sign-off will be quoted via an official Change Order Document.

3Project Milestone Payment Schedule

Execution of physical site work follows a structured, milestone-based payment schedule outlined in your individual contract:

4Warranty & Quality Commitments

Harini Spaces provides up to a 10-Year Limited Warranty on modular woodwork, factory CNC joinery, and BWR plywood carcasses against borer and termite infestation, subject to standard usage guidelines:

• Hardware fittings (Ebco, Hettich, Blum, Hafele) carry manufacturer-backed warranties as per brand policies.
• Damage resulting from external water seepage, structural building cracks, or unauthorized third-party alterations is excluded from warranty coverage.

5Intellectual Property & Design Ownership

All 3D visualizer renders, CAD drawings, concept mood boards, brand logos, website content, and architectural documentation prepared by Harini Spaces remain the intellectual property of Harini Spaces until final project completion payment.
